**Salad & can stay in your fridge up to 2 months**

Ingredients :


°4 cucumber, sliced

°1 purple onion, sliced

°1 green pepper, sliced

°1 tablespoon of salt

°2 cups of white vinegar

°1 1/2 cup of sugar

°1 teaspoon of celery flakes

°1 t purple pepper flake


Combine cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt; placed aside.

Putting vinegar, sugar, celery flakes & chili flakes in a saucepan & bring to a boil. Remove from heat by adding 2 handfuls of ice cream to melt.

Place all vegetables in wide mouth jars (2 quart or 1 1/2 gallon)

Pour the aggregate over the cucumbers, store inside the refrigerator.

Stored for up to two months
