Caramel apple dump cake



•2 (21 oz cans apple pie filling

•1/2 (11 ounce) bag caramel (found in the baking section next to the chocolate chips)

•1 (15 oz) box yellow cake mix

•1 cup melt butter (2 sticks)




Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.


Spread both packets of apple pie filling on the bottom of the prepared dish.


Sprinkle about ½ bag of caramel pieces evenly over the top of the pie filling.


Spread the dry cake mixture evenly on the face.


Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.


Bake, uncovered, on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes or until butter cake mixture is dark golden brown.
