Ingredients :


Porterhouse steak

2 medium sized russet potatoes




2 slices crispy fried bacon (crumbled)

Cheddar cheese


Instructions :

I baked it in a CI frying pan in a small EVOO for 3 minutes on each side and then in a preheated 400 ° oven for 10 minutes. The perfect medium steak. But it’s these french fries that I really wanted to share with you. I took some medium-sized russet potatoes (with skin), washed them, dried them well, heated them in the microwave for about 7-8 minutes, let them cool, and then sliced ​​them to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Season with salt, pepper and basil, then in a frying pan preheated with EVOO until both sides are crispy and golden. While the potatoes are still hot, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top and put the crushed bacon on top. These potatoes are very soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
