Water, flour, salt and oil.

Homemade is always better.



600 gr of flour

350 g of water

15 g of fine salt

25g extra virgin olive oil

12 g of fresh brewer’s yeast



Mix the flour with the salt. Separately, dissolve the yeast in water and add the oil. Integrate everything and form a compact and soft dough.

Leave to rise for at least 2 hours.

Then divide the dough into 8 parts of 120 g each.

Form the sandwiches and make incisions. Sprinkle a little flour and let it double in volume. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 to 40 minutes.
