Crockpot Barbecue Ribs

Igredients:

2 cups of your favorite Barbecue Sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, freshly minced

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs

Instructions:

FIRST STEP:

In a ziplock bag, pour in the barbecue sauce.

Add the brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using).

SECOND STEP:

Seal the bag and knead it with your hands to mix the sauce ingredients well.

Open the bag and place the ribs inside.

THIRD STEP:

Close the bag and shake it to ensure the ribs are completely coated with the sauce.

Spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.

FOURTH STEP:

Open the bag and place the ribs into the crockpot.

Pour about ¾ of the sauce from the bag over the ribs, making sure they are well covered with the sauce.

FIFTH STEP:

Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours if you prefer fall-off-the-bone tenderness. Alternatively, cook on low for 9 hours for a similar result.

For meat that is super soft but still clinging to the bone, cook on low for 7 hours.

SIXTH STEP:

Keep some of the barbecue sauce aside for serving. This allows each person to add more sauce to their ribs if desired.

Enjoy these delectable Crockpot Barbecue Ribs, a dish that’s sure to be a hit with family and friends. The slow cooking process infuses the ribs with rich flavors and ensures they are perfectly tender. Serve these ribs with your favorite sides for a satisfying and delicious meal.
