Ultimate Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

 

Ingredients:
1 pre-baked pie crust
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Assorted Reese’s candies (Reese’s Pieces, Mini Reese’s Cups, etc.) for topping
Instructions:
Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Whip the Cream:

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Pie:

Pour the peanut butter filling into the pre-baked pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Place the pie in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
Make the Ganache:

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add the Ganache:

Once the pie filling is set, pour the ganache over the top, spreading it evenly. Return the pie to the refrigerator for another hour to set.
Decorate with Reese’s Candies:

Just before serving, top the pie with an assortment of Reese’s candies, arranging them as desired.
