Million Dollar Chicken Spaghetti 

 

Ingredients:

16 ounces spaghetti noodles (1 package)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups half and half
2 ½ cups shredded chicken
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, shredded chicken, half and half, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Pour half of the cooked spaghetti into the prepared baking dish, then layer half of the cheesy sauce mixture on top.
Add another layer of spaghetti followed by the remaining cheesy sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and broil for an additional 2-4 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
