Onion Fries

Ingredients :


° 4 tablespoons butter

°2 large potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

° ½ onion cut into cubes

°2 cloves minced garlic

°1 1/2 tablespoons butter


* Methods :


Step 1

Melt 4 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan over medium to high heat. Cook potatoes, curd, until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, melt remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in another skillet over high heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring, until softened, 5 minutes. Reduce heat medium-low & continue to cook to garlic is brown, for 5 to 10 minutes. Stirring onion mixture with potatoes.

Step 3

Cook potatoes and onions, stirring, until potatoes are soft, another 10 minutes.
