French fries and onions/peppers with smoked sausage



°1 onion

°2 cloves garlic

°2 tablespoons olive oil

°Provence herbs

°8 potatoes

°8 cl of water

°1 leek

°400g smoked sausage




Step 1


Sausage with onions, garlic and leeks

Chop onions and leeks. Finely chopingp 2 cloves of garlic. Cuttng sausage into slices.

Step 2

Sausage olive oil Provence herbs

Fry everything in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Salt (not so much, sausage is smoked), pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. For reservations.


Step 3


Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes. Fry in the pan for a few minutes until golden.

Step 4


Mix it with the previous preparation and simmer for 15 minutes with half a glass of water.

Step 5

it’s ready !
