*German-Chocolate-Cake*

Ingredients :

 

°1 package (4 ounces) sweet baked chocolate (such as Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate®) – broken into pieces

°Half a cup of boiling water

°1 cup soft margarine

°2 cups white sugar

°4 eggs, separated

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

°1 teaspoon baking soda

°Half a teaspoon of salt

°1 cup of milk

°1 cup evaporated milk

°1 cup white sugar

°3 egg yolks

°Half a cup of ghee

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes

°1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat the grill to 350°F (175°C). Oil and flour 3 8-inch cake containers and line bottoms with parchment paper.

Put the chocolate pieces in boiling water and mix until the chocolate melts; cool down. In a large bowl, beat 1 cup vegetable shortening and 2 cups sugar with an electric mixer until light and smooth.

Mix 4 egg yolks, each separately, whisking finely after each stretching. Whisk together 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate, chocolate mixture, and water until completely combined.

Sift the flour, bread and salt into a bowl. Whisk flour mixture into liquid stabilizers, alternating with buttermilk, in 3 or 4 increments. Hit until the hitter is smooth, about 1 moment.

In a metal or glass bowl, whisk the reserved egg whites until they hold stiff peaks when the mixers are lifted straight up. Gently coat the beaten egg whites in the beater, keeping to a size that can reasonably be expected. Empty the player into the prepared cake pan.

Bake in preheated stovetop until cakes are soft and a toothpick inserted into cake focal point admits all, 35 to 40 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool in the dish before removing them.

To make the frosting, empty the wasted milk into a large saucepan, and mix in 1 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1/4 cup margarine, and 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrated. Heat to boiling, reduce density to medium, and cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 12 minutes. Discard the stiffness, and mix in the coconut and walnuts, whisking the garnishing cream until cool and spreadable. Glaze the cake and fill it with coconut cream.
