Old-oven peach cobbler



°1 can peaches, sliced, drained

°1 cup Bisquick mix

°1 cup milk

°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

°1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

°1/2 cup melted butter

°1 cup vanilla sugar ice cream (optional)




In an 8″ x 8″ baking dish, stir together the Bisquick mixture, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined. Stir in melted butter. In a medium sized bowl, mix sugar and peaches. Pour the peaches over the cobbler’s crust. Baking for 45 mn to an hour or to crust is golden. Put vanilla ice cream on top
