Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler*



°½ cup butter, melted

°1 cup milk

°1 cup all-purpose flour

°1 cup white sugar

°2 teaspoons of yeast

°½ teaspoon of salt

°2 cups fresh strawberry halves

°1 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, cut into small pieces

Preheat oven 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9×13 inch glass baking dish.

Combine milk, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in small bowl; pour over butter in baking dish. Arrange the strawberry halves in a single layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle the strawberries with pieces of cream cheese.

Bake in preheated oven until top is golden brown and edges are bubbling, 30 to 45 mn.
