Creamy sausage and hashbrown casserole

Ingredients:

 

 

 

2 cups of milk

 

° 8 scrambled eggs

 

2 pounds hot or spicy hot dogs

 

° 16 ounces soft cream cheese, room temperature.

 

° 32 oz frozen shredded brown hash

 

° Half a teaspoon of salt

 

° Half a teaspoon of pepper

 

° Half a teaspoon of garlic powder

 

° Half a teaspoon of onion powder

 

2 c cheddar cheese

 

 

 

* Methods :

 

 

 

The first step:

 

1. Preheat oven 350*

 

2. Cook the sausages well, draining the fat

 

The second step:

 

1. Stir the cream cheese with the sausage and divide it

 

2. Add the brown hash to the pan and cook until it turns light brown

 

Third step:

 

1. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 roasting pan and place the brown hash on the bottom evenly

 

2. Add cream cheese and sausage mixture on top

 

The fourth step:

 

1. Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top

 

2. Mix the milk, eggs and spices, then pour them over the casserole

 

Fifth step:

 

Uncover baking about 40 to 50 minutes. or even internal temperature 160*
