CARROT CAKES

 

📌Ingredients:

 

• 4 cups grated carrots

• 1 cup raisins

• 2 eggs

• 1 cups white sugar

• 1 cup of vegetable oil

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup crushed pineapple

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1 cup chopped walnuts

 

Method :

Step 1: Combine grated carrots and brown sugar in a medium bowl,

for 50 minutes and add raisins.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350°, With grease tray.

Step 3: In a large bowl, mix together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and

Stir in the pineapple. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, sweetly stir into carrot mixture with the walnuts

Step 4: Bake for 45 to 55 minutes Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
