Strawberry sheet cake



° 2 cups full of sliced fresh strawberries.


° 1 can white cake mix.


° 1 can strawberry gelatin.


° 3/4 cup vegetable oil.


°3 large eggs.


+Strawberry frosting


° 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries.


°2 cups icing sugar.


° 1 cup softened butter.


° 1 tsp vanilla extract.




Step 1: Gently spray a plate with cooking spray and preheat the stove to 350°F.


Step 2: In a blender or food processor, put 2 cups of strawberries and cycle until thinly split. Measure 1 cup.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, consolidate the cake combination, milk and vegetable oil. Mix together with a hand blender for 4 minutes.


Step 4: Mix the strawberry purée in 1 cup with the strawberry gelatin.


Step 5: Spread the batter in a set dish and prepare for 25-30 minutes or until a light wood pick falls into the centre. Remove it from the stove. Let it cool for 12 minutes.
