Chicken and Bacon Fried Rice


2 tbsp bacon grease or oil
3 eggs, lightly beaten
5 cups cold cooked rice
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp black pepper
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
⅔ cup frozen peas
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Easy Steps:
Cook Eggs: In a skillet with bacon grease, cook the eggs until set, then chop.
Fry Rice: In the same skillet, add more grease, rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; fry until golden.
Combine All: Add chicken, bacon, peas, and eggs back into the skillet. Stir in green onions.
Season & Serve: Season with pepper, heat through, and serve hot!
