S’mores Sushi


-1 cup graham cracker crumbs
-1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
-1 cup marshmallow fluff
-1/2 cup mini marshmallows
-1 cup chocolate chips, melted
-1 large chocolate bar, cut into thin strips
-2 sheets of nori (seaweed) or thin chocolate crepes

– In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
-Lay a sheet of nori or a chocolate crepe on a clean, flat surface.
-Press a thin layer of the graham cracker mixture onto the nori or crepe, covering the entire surface.
-Spread a thin layer of marshmallow fluff over the graham cracker mixture, then sprinkle with mini marshmallows.
-Drizzle melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer.
-Place thin strips of chocolate bar horizontally across the bottom third of the nori or crepe.
-Carefully roll the nori or crepe tightly from the bottom, like sushi, ensuring the filling stays in place.
-Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
-Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
