Taco Pasta Salad

1 lb ground beef, cooked & drained

1 lb rotini pasta, cooked & cooled

1 oz taco seasoning

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese

3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

1 1/2 cups French dressing

9 3/4 oz bag Nacho Doritos, crushed

Prepare the Beef: Brown the beef, drain, mix in taco seasoning.

Cook the Pasta: Boil rotini until al dente, rinse, and cool.

Prepare Veggies: Dice onion, slice tomatoes, shred lettuce and cheese.

Combine: Mix beef, pasta, veggies, and cheese in a large bowl.

Add Dressing: Toss with French dressing to coat.

Crush Doritos: Add crushed Doritos for crunch.

Serve: Enjoy immediately, garnish optionally with cheese, cilantro, or sour cream.
