• 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 24 wonton wrappers
• Olive oil spray
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil spray.
2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
