A delicious fall twist on coleslaw

Ingredients

 

°1 14 oz. 3 color bag of coleslaw mix

°1 large chopped apple

°1/2 c. dried cranberries

°1/2 c. chopped walnut

°4 green onions, sliced

 

+Sauce:

°3/4 c. Low fat mayonnaise

°3/4 c. Plain yogurt, not greek

°6 tablespoons. honey

°3/4 tsp. ground dried ginger

 

*Methods

 

Blending coleslaw ingredients in bowl.

 

In a small bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients well.

 

Pour dressing over cabbage salad and stir to coat evenly.

 

*For a less creamy coleslaw, use 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 1/4 c. honey and half a teaspoon..
