+To make this yogurt cake, you will need:
°300 ml (1.05 cups) unsweetened yogurt
°3 egg yolks
°54 g / 1.9 oz (6 tablespoons) flour
°3 egg whites
°84 g / 2.96Oz (7 tablespoons) sugar
°1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
This yogurt cake is low in calories and fat, and you can do it with sugar without calories. It is easy to prepare and cook, you only need a bowl to make this delicious dessert.
In a mixing bowl, separate three egg whites from the bowl and keep the egg whites and yolks in separate bowls. In the bowl with the yolks, add 300 grams of unsweetened yogurt and squeeze a tablespoon of lemon juice, lemon juice is optional.
After adding them, using a hand whisk, stir until they are incorporated, then add 54 grams of flour. Continue to mix until a smooth dough without lumps.
