Fried onions, onions and frozen smoked sausages




°1½ pounds.


°Cut the fermented potatoes into half cubes.


°One pound of smoked sausage.


°2 tablespoons C olive oil.


°Half a teaspoon of seasoned salt.


°½ tsp


°Italian spices.


°1/2 large red pepper


°1/2 large green pepper.


°Small onion cut into cubes.


°Black pepper to taste, grated parmesan, for garnish.


*Methods :


Step 1:


In a large skillet, sauté the onions in a tablespoon of butter over medium heat until the onions are translucent.


Step 2:


Then cook the onions until tender. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.


Step 3:


In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil until the butter melts and add the potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper.


The fourth step:


Then cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are a little cooked.


Step 5:


Cook another 10 minutes after adding the sausage. Combine the onion and pepper in a large skillet and sauté until the pepper is soft and crisp.


Step 6:


Finally, if using Parmesan, sprinkle it on top.
