Scalloped potatoes & ham



°6 potatoes, peel & sliced

°1 tsp shredded cheddar cheese

°1/2 tsp chopped onion

°2 tsp diced ham

°10.75 oz cream of mushrooms

°1/2 tsp water

°1 tsp garlic powder

°1/2 tsp kosher salt

°1/2 tsp ground black pepper




Grease the inside of the pan. Place the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the pan. Add the cheese, onion and ham and mix well.

In a large bowl, combine the cream of the mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.


Cover, cook on HIGH for about 4 hours until the potatoes are tender with a fork or cook on low for 8-10 hours.
