What you will need
°6 medium potatoes, cooked, cold
°3 to 4 tsp vegetable oil or shortening
°salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
*How to do it
Slice or cut the potatoes into small pieces; put aside.
Heat heavy skillet on medium heat. Adding oil or shortening to hot skillet.
When oil is hot, adding potatoes. Cook without stirring or turning until potatoes are browned on one side; flip them over and brown the other side.
Sprinkling potatoes with salt & ground black pepper to taste
