Chicken noodle soup recipe



°About 2 pounds of chicken breast

°48 ounces chicken broth, then I added a little water

°Cut the carrots

°Celery cut

°Cut half a red onion

°A spoonful of minced garlic

°A few handfuls of egg noodles

°3 chicken stock cubes

°Salt and pepper to taste (I’m heavy with pepper)

°fresh parsley


I’ve seen discussions here about grilling the meat before putting it in the crock. I don’t, I just did it this time to give it a whirl. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, then slashed on both sides.

I’m through everything in the crock except pasta and parsley. I cooked on low heat for about 8 hours. In 7.5 hours I shredded chicken, shredded it, and put it in the noodles, and when the noodles were almost done, I put in the parsley.
