Stuffed cheese shells

*ingredients:

 

° jumbo boil – boil first

 

° spaghetti sauce

 

15 ounces of ricotta cheese

 

° 8 ounces shredded mozzarella

 

°1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

 

° 1 egg

 

°1 tablespoon of parsley

 

°1 tablespoon basil

 

° 1 teaspoon thyme

 

° salt

 

° Freshly cracked black pepper

 

° garlic

 

*Methods:

 

Step 1

 

Mix all the ingredients mentioned above with the mozzarella cheese.

 

Step 2

 

I put the sauce in the skillet, spoon it into the sauce, and top it with mozzarella (I use a good-function ice cream scoop).

 

Step 3

 

Place the aluminum foil on top, set the oven to 350 and bake for 25 minutes and remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
